Leaving a Lasting Impact on Environmental Policies: Kroc School Board of Advisors Member Andy Carey Concludes Tenure on E.P.A.'s National Advisory Committee

The Kroc School celebrates Advisory Board Member Andy Carey, as he concludes his impactful tenure on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (E.P.A.) National Advisory Committee. Carey's service from November 2016 to November 2023, including his appointment as Chair during the Biden Administration, has left a lasting mark. 

Andy Carey has represented philanthropy in the Borderlands and provided invaluable counsel across three U.S. administrations—Obama, Trump, and Biden. He has played a pivotal role in advancing environmental policies, resulting in cleaner air and water. 

Publicly thanked by E.P.A. Administrator Michael Regan, Administrator Regan remarked, “you should take great pride in knowing the nation's air and water is cleaner, in part, because of your achievements.”
